What if our feelings actually provide us with the information we need to DEEPLY CARE for ourselves — And each other?
What if SELF-COMPASSION allows us to cultivate a supportive relationship with our body, mind and heart - And not our inner critic?
Our feelings hold so much rich information that can help us better understand our needs and values.
Yet, so many of us have been taught to ignore, dismiss and deny our feelings.
When we do so, we allow the “shoulds”, ideals and expectations to dictate our choices.
This can feel exhausting and over time can make us feel disconnected from our needs, ourselves and each other.
But there’s another way to approach your care and wellbeing.

In the Restorative Care Collective, you’ll be supported and encouraged to PAUSE, check-in and engage in the PROCESS of tending to your own care and wellbeing.
In this private membership being busy, overwhelmed and exhausted is met with empathy and is not considered a badge of honor.
Here you’ll be invited and guided to Reimagine, Recalibrate and Renew your Relationship with Care. So that you can cultivate a relationship with care that feels Restorative and aligns with YOUR needs and lifestyle.
Welcome! My name is Maureen Ryan and I help people discover a compassionate, supportive and sustainable relationship with their own care and wellbeing inside the Restorative Care Collective..
I’ll serve as your guide to restorative care and help facilitate the process and practice of acknowledging your feelings, needs and values with a sense of self-compassion rather than judgement.
Together, we’ll practice cultivating a relationship with care that feels sustainable, restorative and is rooted in the spirit of play, curiosity and self-compassion.
